Airbnb Accommodation Search & Booking Evaluation

UX Researcher / Product Designer · 2026

  • Planned and ran 5 moderated usability tests across 3 booking tasks, then triangulated findings with a 36-step PURE evaluation and AI-assisted analysis.
  • Identified friction around price interpretation, filters, cancellation, and comparison context; challenged an AI misdiagnosis by verifying the feature existed and reframing the issue as discoverability.

Soundscape Brantford

UX Designer & Researcher · Course partnership with Workforce Planning Board of Grand Erie · Sep-Dec 2025

  • Originated a comparative control-testing approach; created testing materials, two paper prototypes, the initial control concept, user flow, storyboard, and later Blender visualization.
  • Supported stakeholder/community research and synthesis, helping translate feedback into simpler phone-independent controls and clearer tactile/visual cues for a public audio concept.

MyUXERS

UX / Product Designer · 2026

  • Contributed to product research, brand positioning, and interaction decisions; participated throughout usability testing, including a 5-participant mid-fidelity round, and synthesized findings into a journey map.
  • Co-created the commercial storyboard, script, and edit; operated the prototype and explained the end-to-end workflow during the final presentation.

Walking into Light and Color

Immersive Experience Designer · 2026

  • Designed and built an Impressionism-inspired exhibition environment in Blender and an interactive experience in Godot, shaping a spatial journey from reception/reflection through garden to gallery.
  • Produced the final presentation video and translated exhibition, wayfinding, and pacing principles into spatial and interaction decisions.
